Engagement & Support Policy

Cswarn Technology ® – Our Engagement & Support Policy ensures every client feels valued every query is answered and every interaction builds lasting trust, reliability and meaningful connections.

Project Initiation & Advance Payment

  • All custom IT, software development, SaaS, website, or integration projects require a minimum advance payment as agreed in the official proposal or invoice.
  • Work on any project will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment and signed agreement/confirmation (by email, WhatsApp, or company CRM).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must do so within 2 hours of advance payment confirmation(and before work has begun) by sending a written request to info@cswarntechnology.co.in
  • If cancellation is requested after 2 hours or after project work has commenced (whichever comes first) the advance payment becomes strictly non-refundable.
  • Any cost incurred (planning, design, research, resource allocation, etc.) will be deducted even in exceptional refund cases.
  • If the client is unresponsive or fails to provide required inputs within 10 days the project will be considered abandoned; Cswarn Technology ® is not obligated to refund any payment.

Change Requests & Scope Management

  • Any change request after project start (new features, major UI/UX changes, integration, etc.) will be considered out-of-scope and may require additional time and payment.
  • All such changes must be documented and confirmed in writing before implementation.

Application Testing, Store Submission & Payment Release

  • Upon development completion, Cswarn Technology ® will provide a tested application build (APK for Android / IPA or TestFlight build for iOS) for client-side testing on their devices.
  • App Store (Apple) and Play Store (Google) approvals are governed solely by Apple Inc. and Google LLC policies. Publication timelines and outcomes are outside our control.
  • Our responsibility is limited to development and testing. We do not guarantee approval timelines, review durations, or acceptance by third-party app stores.
  • After successful testing and client confirmation, the client must release the agreed payment. Without payment release, live submission/publishing will not be initiated.
  • Client must provide required assets and access (Apple/Google developer accounts, bundle identifiers, screenshots, descriptions, policy URLs, privacy details, etc.) for submission.
  • Any re-submission caused by third-party policy updates, new guidelines, or change requests beyond delivered scope may require additional effort and charges.

NOTE: Apple App Store and Google Play Store control their own review process. Cswarn Technology ® shall not be liable for delays, rejections, or additional compliance requirements imposed by Apple or Google.
