Each license works for one domain. For additional websites, you’ll need separate licenses.

Yes, many of our plugins offer white-label / branding-removal options under our PRO license.

Our plugins work with 95% of standard WordPress themes. If you face any layout conflict, just contact support and we’ll assist.

Billing, Licensing & Refunds

Yes — most of our plugins come with a 5-day free trial so you can test features before buying.

We offer time-based licenses (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, etc.) depending on the plugin and plan.

Before expiry, you’ll get alerts inside your dashboard and by email. Just renew your plan to continue access & updates.

18% GST is charged as per Indian tax rules and is shown clearly during checkout.

Refunds are normally not offered once a license is activated — except in rare technical cases where the plugin fails to work as promised.

Support & Technical Help

You get premium support for installation, activation, and resolving bugs/issues related to the plugin.

Our regular support hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday, IST). Most tickets are replied to within 24 working hours.

Minor tweaks are free. Larger customisations are possible under paid custom development.

Some plugins may stop advanced features. Basic functionality usually continues, but updates & support will stop unless renewed.

Just raise a ticket on our helpdesk or email us with the error details & screenshot — and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
