No user, client, affiliate, or partner is permitted to copy, modify, distribute, publish, or reverse engineer any part of our software, codebase, or branding except with prior written consent.

Trademarks

  • “Cswarn Technology ®” and all associated logos, product names, taglines, and designs are registered trademarks or pending trademarks of Cswarn Technology ®.
  • Unauthorized use of any trademark, branding, or lookalike identity is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under Indian law.

Jurisdiction

All IPR and legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Infringement & Enforcement

  • Any violation (piracy, redistribution, unauthorized branding, reverse engineering, or fake representation) will result in immediate termination of all licenses and permanent blacklisting from company services.
  • Cswarn Technology ® reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and criminal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act and IT Act.
