Cswarn Technology ® – Our Marketplace & Plugin Use Policy ensures fairness, transparency, secure licensing, and responsible usage empowering customers to experience innovation with trust compliance and complete reliability.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All plugins, software, code, designs, documentation, trademarks, and digital content listed or sold on the Cswarn Technology ® marketplace are exclusively owned by Cswarn Technology ® and protected under Indian copyright and IT law.
  • Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, rebranding, reverse engineering, or sublicensing of any Cswarn Technology ® product is strictly prohibited.

Licensing & Use

  • All plugins/products are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.
  • Each license key is valid for only the domain/user for which it was purchased. Multi-domain or bulk use requires a special agreement.
  • Unauthorized sharing, cloning, or activating products on unlicensed domains/users will result in immediate termination of the license and legal action.

Purchase, Download & Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, the user will receive a unique download link (time-limited and protected against sharing) a license key, and setup instructions.
  • Download links are valid for a limited period and must not be distributed or published anywhere.
  • Loss or leak of license key/download link due to user sharing or negligence is not the responsibility of Cswarn Technology ®.

Updates & Support

  • All paid plugin licenses include updates and standard email support for the validity period of the license (unless otherwise specified).
  • Expired licenses will not be eligible for updates or support unless renewed.
  • Free or trial plugins are provided “as-is” with no guarantee of support or updates.

Compatibility & Third-Party Dependencies

  • Users are responsible for checking compatibility with their WordPress version theme, hosting and third-party plugins before purchase.
  • Cswarn Technology ® is not responsible for issues arising from unsupported configurations outdated software or third-party conflicts.
