Refund Policy

Purchases & Refunds

Cswarn Technology ®(“we”, “us”, or “our”) follows a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing our websites, WordPress plugins, SaaS tools, services, or related products (collectively, “Services”), you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

General Policy

  • All sales of digital products, plugins, license keys, white label packages, and affiliate plans by Cswarn Technology ® are final and non-refundable.
  • All purchases are final; no refunds.

Digital Products & Plugins

  • Once a plugin, digital product, or license key is delivered (by download, email, or dashboard access), no refund, reversal, or exchange will be provided.
  • Download/access logs are maintained for audit; any claims of non-receipt will be investigated based on these records.

IT/Software Development Projects

  • For custom IT/software projects (including SaaS, custom plugins, integrations), any advance payment is fully refundable only if a written cancellation request is received within 2 hours of payment confirmation and no work has started.
  • After 2 hours or once work is initiated, the advance becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If the client cancels a project after work has started or 2 hours have elapsed, Cswarn Technology ® is not liable to refund any amount

White Label & Affiliate Purchases

  • White label licenses and affiliate plans are strictly non-refundable even in cases of non-use, partial use, or changes of mind.
  • Any breach of white label/affiliate program terms will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund

Refund Process (where eligible)

  • Where an exception is made (solely at the discretion of Cswarn Technology ®), the user must submit a written request to info@cswarntechnology.co.in within the refund window.
  • All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to applicable deductions (payment gateway charges, taxes, etc.).
