Terms of Service

Eligibility & User Accounts

• Only users above 18 years old or businesses legally registered in their jurisdiction may create accounts, make purchases, or enter contracts with Cswarn Technology ®.
• Users must provide accurate, current information for registration, licensing, and billing.
• Cswarn Technology ® reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any account for misuse, fraud, non-compliance, or violation of policies.

Payment, Taxes & Pricing

• All fees/prices must be paid in full at the time of order, via accepted payment methods (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, bank transfer, PayPal).
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other Indian government taxes).
• Cswarn Technology ® reserves the right to change prices, features, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

Product License & Usage

• All plugins, software, code, and digital products are licensed, not sold.
• Each license key is valid only for the domain/user for which it is purchased.
• Unauthorized sharing, reselling, sublicensing, copying, reverse engineering, or modifying any product is strictly prohibited.
• License validity (duration, renewals, number of sites/users, feature access) is as per the plan purchased and may change at the company’s discretion.

White Label & Affiliate Purchases

• White label licenses and affiliate plans are strictly non-refundable even in cases of non-use, partial use, or changes of mind.
• Any breach of white label/affiliate program terms will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund

Refund Policy

• No refund is issued for any plugin, digital product, license, white label, or affiliate purchase once the product/download/license key has been delivered or activated.
• For IT/software development projects, advance payments are non-refundable after 2 hours from payment confirmation or once work has started (whichever comes first).
• Any refund request must be made in writing within 2 hours and will be processed only if the work has not started.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All content, code, designs, trademarks, and documentation are owned by Cswarn Technology ® and protected under Indian IT & Copyright Law.
• Users may not claim ownership or authorship of company products, code, or branding.
• Any infringement will be pursued legally under Indian jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Cswarn Technology ®, its owners, staff, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service, even if advised of the possibility.
• Total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product/service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cswarn Technology ®, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the Services or violation of these terms.
