General Policy

• All sales of digital products, plugins, license keys, white label packages, and affiliate plans by Cswarn Technology ® are final and non-refundable.
• All purchases are final; no refunds.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or purchasing from any Cswarn Technology ® website, plugin, SaaS, marketplace, or related service (“Services”), you (“user”, “client”, or “buyer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable addendums or program rules. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our Services.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All plugins, code, designs, text, images, logos, documentation, and other digital content provided by Cswarn Technology ® are the exclusive intellectual property of Cswarn Technology ®.
• No user, client, affiliate, or partner is permitted to copy, modify, distribute, publish, or reverse engineer any part of our software, codebase, or branding—except with prior written consent.

We specialize in delivering high-quality SaaS platforms, digital tools, software plugins, and cloud-based services to customers across India and overseas. Because all our offerings are digital and technology-driven, there is no physical shipping involved. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when customers receive access to our digital services once payment is completed.

Support Channels & Availability

• Cswarn Technology ® provides customer support through email (info@cswarntechnology.co.in), official helpdesk portal, and, where available, chat.
• Standard support hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday (excluding Indian public holidays).
• Support outside business hours may be provided at the company’s discretion or for urgent/critical issues.

General Terms

• By participating in any Cswarn Technology ® affiliate or white label program (“Program”), you (“Partner”) agree to abide by all company policies, program rules, and the law of India.
• Cswarn Technology ® reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate/white label application or partnership at its sole discretion, without explanation.

Project Initiation & Advance Payment

• All custom IT, software development, SaaS, website, or integration projects require a minimum advance payment as agreed in the official proposal or invoice.
• Work on any project will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment and signed agreement/confirmation (by email, WhatsApp, or company CRM).

Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All plugins, software, code, designs, documentation, trademarks, and digital content listed or sold on the Cswarn Technology ® marketplace are exclusively owned by Cswarn Technology ® and protected under Indian copyright and IT law.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, rebranding, reverse engineering, or sublicensing of any Cswarn Technology ® product is strictly prohibited.
